Every visitor has to agree that their avatars/motion/audio can be included in other visitors' photography, video, or live stream.

We are plannign to have around 300 exhibiting spaces in the ComicVket 3. If the number of applications exceeds this upper limit, we will have a lottery.

VketAccount is a common authentication platform to connect Vket-series services with a single account.
It is used for exhibitor registration and Mypage setup in ComicVket.
As we provide ever more vket-related events and services, we have decided to create a new VketAccount system focused on account management so as to provide a more convenient account service to users with
robust privacy protection by separating user information adequately.
Upon the initial login you can inherit past data by logging in with the same Google Account that you have used for Viket Store.

In the Standard Plan, you will need to upload a poster image, sample pages, and a tablecloth image to set up the exhibition booth. In the Simple Plan, you only need to upload a poster image to be exhibited.

*If the ComicVket team considers you to be the same individual after taking into account the use of a different name, application by a proxy, and the actual activities, we will not allow you to exhibit. However, this does not preclude an individual from belonging to more than one exhibitor circle.

You may exhibit any kinds of "doujin" works and drawings, including comics, illustrations, photo albums, novels, essays, technical books or any other books. You may exhibit both physical books and electronic files.

Yes you can! Please register your product on consignment services like Vket Store and register the product page URL on the Exhibitor Information in Mypage.

The schedule is JST: December 22, 2022 ～ January 18, 2023

You may change the information after registration from the Mypage on the top right of the website where you can reregister the User Information and Exhibitor Information.

Please make your own judgment on your own responsibility. We cannot answer individual questions.

On exhibiting, please make sure to read the Terms and Conditions of Exhibition of the ComicVket 3, especially Article 3 Requirements for Exhibiting Works, as well as the terms of the event platform VRChat including the Terms and Conditions and Community Guidelines.

Please also note that in case your exhibition was canceled or your exhibit was removed due to being judged to be in violation of these terms, the exhibition fee payed will not be returned.

While the limitations on these terms should be judged on a case by case basis by the ComicVket 3 organizers and the platform, there have been cases where the following exhibits are either refused exhibition beforehand or removed based on the Terms and Conditions.

• Items implying child pornography
• Items implying child prostitution
• Items not appropriate for 13 years old players, the minimum age eligible for VRChat usage.
• Items with the primary objective of advertisement and inducement for services operated by corporate entitties not directly related to the Virtual Market or the event platform.
  Note that it is prohibited for corporate entities to exhibit as a Regular Exhibitor except for special cases.

In principle, you need to follow the original author's guidelines and make the exhibition on your own responsibility.
We, as the organizer, cannot make a judgment on the status of official permission. Even if your exhibit was accepted, that does not mean that your work is confirmed to be conformant to the Exhibition Terms and Terms and Conditions of the platforms.
Also, if there were a request from the original author to the organizer, we would remove the exhibit.

No, you may not exhibit any exhibits related to NFT or blockchain as per VRChat's Policy on NFTs and Blockchain in VRChat.
