How to Exhibit

ComicVket 3 is a comic convention event covering all genres held in the virtual space. You can exhibit comics, illustrations, novels, or any other doujin works. Fan-fic works are acceptable!
You don't need to do so much as go to the venue, since the event will be held online. All you need to do is to upload your images. Promote your creations to many visitors.

※We plan to have 300 exhibit spaces for the Standard Plan and 60 for Simple Plan. There will be a drawing if there are more applications than the limits.

Key points

Held in Virtual reality spaces “VRChat” and "Vket Cloud"

Use your computer, smartphone, or VR device to attend the event virtually. Wi-fi connection is recommended.

Open all time, 24 hours

During the event period, you may enter the venue any time you like in principle.

No need for booth attendance

The exhibition space will have a link button to the catalog page on this website, from which visitors will be directed to your store pages.
Of course, you can come to your space and interact with the visitors. It is recommendable to announce the time beforehand on social media or other means. The “Visit Announcement Generator" on the Mypage will let you create a Twitter post easily while registering your schedule on the official website.

Submit promotional text and images to design your booth

With images to introduce your book, you can design the space in the virtual space easily with your web browser. Visitors will experience your booth as if it is really in front of them.

Visitors from all over the world

Both exhibitors and visitors come from various parts of the world. It is recommendable to put multiple languages on your promotional images.

Planned to be completely Quest-compatible

You will be able to enter every single venue world with Meta Quest series headset.

Schedule

As an exhibitor, once the submission period starts, you should upload your data using the website submission form. The organizers will “set up” your exhibit in the venue.

What you can exhibit

※You may also sell or distribute merchandise relevant to your books. Irrelevant goods may not be exhibited. Furthermore, it is permitted to sell assets designed to be used for doujin books or websites.

Also, please beware that terms and guidelines about derivative works may be more strict for merchandise.

How to exhibit

• You may exhibit as a single individual or group of people forming a "circle". One representative may make exhibitor registration.
• Only 1 space per 1 circle. You may not exhibit works by the same primary author in multiple circles, hence spaces. Please do not make “combined space” of multiple circles.
• Companies and corporates may not exhibit in the regular spaces. For companies and corporates exhibition, please contact us from here.

Plans

• You may choose from either "Prefer Standard Plan," "Only Standard Plan," or "Only Simple Plan" for your application.
• If you choose "Prefer Standard Plan," you will first join the lottery of the Standard Plan, and join the lottery of Simple Plan only when you are not allocated a space in the first lottery.
• If you are allocated to Standard Plan, you will only need to create your space's layout on the website. You may submit data of images, table cloth, sample pages, and others in accordance with the rules and design the space from the website, which will be "set up" by the organizer.
• In the case of Simple Plan, a single image will be uploaded and placed in the world.

How to distribute

• In ComicVket 3, there are no restrictions on the sales platforms. You can register the store URL and product URL of your choice on this official website.
• You can choose both “digital book download sale” and “physical book online shopping”.
• You may register your Alliance Tag to let visitors search for your page easily.
  • e.g. Details of your genre, characters, and event names
• You may register labels on your products for easier searches.
  • Register labels signifying the characteristics of your work so that visitors can search for it.
  • While popular words and genres, such as BL, GL, and tomgirl, are decent, it is also possible to set unique labels so that your product can stand out.

Application process

A Google account is required for exhibiting applications.
If you do not have a Google account, please sign up for one first.

① Check the Exhibitor's Guideline (this page).

Once you read through the guideline, please click "Sign in" on the top right of the website.

② Exhibitor registration.

There will be a "Google account authentication". If you already have a Vket account, you may use the account.

③ Set up VketAccount

If you do not have a Vket account yet, you will need to register a new VketAccount, which will be connected to your Google Account.

For Vket ID registration, please pick an ID consisting of only lowercase alphabets, numbers, and underscore "_".

④ Confirmation and agreement of the Terms.

Please read it carefully.

⑤ Fill in application information

Please write your exhibitor circle name, social media URL, preferred plan, genre, and planned exhibit.
The above information about the exhibit will be used to adjust the venue placement. Exhibitor circles with similar exhibits will be placed close to each other.

After registration, you will be able to log in to "My Page" on the ComicVket site. "My Page" can be used for uploading booth data and inquiries to the organizer.

※Your Vket account and your Google account will become linked. Please be careful if you have multiple accounts.
