We are publishing a collection of photographs documenting the reconstruction of Otsuchi Town, Iwate Prefecture, which suffered extensive damage from the tsunami and fires of the Great East Japan Earthquake. Rather than the milestone scenes reported in newspapers and on TV, we have continued to photograph the day-to-day, steady progress of reconstruction work from 2015 to 2019, and compiled them into four photo books. *Captions of the works are written in Japanese.
